Chris Brown vs. Calvin Harris

There is a twitter war between Chris Brown fans & Calvin Harris supporters. Check some of it HERE on CALVIN HARRIS TWITTER PAGE
Calvin tweets:
'Choked on my cornflakes when i heard new Chris Brown single this morning': http://tinyurl.com/37e44hg
Calvin Harris 'I'm Not Alone'
VS.
Chris Brown 'Yeah 3X'
Chris Brown's fans are angrily tweeting back to Calvin:
'You're in the UK why are you commenting on someone doing way better than you'
Calvin just tweeted back:
'Literally getting threatened by 14 year old girls right now! Racist, xenophobic + misguided. I'm sure Chris is very proud of you all.'
So, what do you think? Sound similar enough for a case? make sure to comment your answer!

NO NOT AT ALL....WHERE IS THE SIMILARITY?
Chris Brown fans are doing exactly what he does, attack, curse and disrespect other people, which he blatantly encourages them to do so. It is a very poor reflection of his image and a PR nightmare for his management. He needs to tell these people to stop their disrespectful conduct as he had to stop his by attacking others. All of the Calvin Harris, Rihanna and Michael Jackson Fans should go in on @chrisbrown Twitter page and attack him as he is allowing his following to do so unchecked.
@Anonymous i just read your comment on the other blog....no need 2 let everyone know u'r not open-minded n dumb
If you don't think that the synth intro to "Yeah 3x" sounds exactly like the synth intro to "I'm Not Alone", you should seek professional medical assistance immediately because you have unknowingly been living as a deaf person.
Just blown away at this....chances are Calvin won't win in court. The melodic differences ( note for note ) are not exact. But the style and use of the notes are fucking exactly the same
chris brown is a waste of space and Calvin harris is a very very talented song writter
All my support goes to CH
Anonymous, I completely agree with you. There is a striking similarity between the intro synth of Brown, in addition to the beat towards the end of the synth, and Calvin Harris' I'm Not Alone.
Brown's producers simply believed that they could get away using Harris' track because the majority of US young adults do not listen to British dance music.
I hope Harris seeks legal action. Chris Brown is a rip off... And to all of his supporters: stop pretending you don't hear the similarity and accept the fact that this is NOT HIS SONG.
Calvin Harris is the OG.
Get real y'all... Chris Brown is rip-off! How dare he use Calvin Harris' beat and not even give him credit? What kind of person does this make him? Just coz this dude is tryna sell records hardcore after messing up with Rihanna! Get real!!
